Founded by Dr. Atif Khan, an experienced and dedicated GP, we are committed to delivering personalized care that is responsive to the unique needs and aspirations of each individual we serve. Through a comprehensive range of NDIS support services, including assistance with life transitions, personal activities, community participation, and daily living tasks, we strive to enhance the quality of life for our clients. We believe in the power of community and collaboration, working closely with families, caregivers, and local organizations to create a network of support that promotes dignity, inclusion, and overall well-being. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in each individual's journey towards a brighter, more empowered future.
What we do
Care Axis provides NDIS disability supports to people living in Bunbury and the South West of Western Australia. Our supports include help with personal care and daily tasks, household tasks, travel and transport, community participation, developing life skills, group and centre activities, and Supported Independent Living (SIL).

How we work
- Person-centred: support is built around each participant's goals, routines and choices.
- Working with families: we involve families, carers, support coordinators and other providers where the participant wants us to.
- Building independence: we help people do things with support, not have things done for them.
- Local: our team lives and works in the South West, so we know the community and services nearby.
